5BG seed coating machine is new generation of seed coating processing equipment developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing technologies and combining progress and innovation. It is widely used in the coating processing of wheat, rice, soybean, corn, cotton seeds, forage seeds, vegetable seeds, forest seeds and flower seeds.
Product Feature
1. Compared with the traditional lever bucket feeder, this seed coating machine has the characteristics of continuous feeding, accurate measurement, and adjustable feeding volume;
2. The initial mixing mechanism of seeds and seed coating agent is a double disc type with the upper disc a seed disc and the lower disc is medicinal liquid disc. The upper and lower discs are synchronously driven by a motor, solving the uneven distribution problem of seed space in umbrella-shaped distributor;
3. The liquid medicine spinner is wave-type, which can make the liquid medicine evenly atomized under high-speed rotation, the mist particles finer and uniformity of coating improved;
4. The desilting mechanism adopts brush structure. Driven by the cleaning motor, the engineering plastic ring gear rotates to drive the cleaning brush to scrape off the materials and liquid medicine adhered to the inner wall of the seed primary mixing chamber. At the same time, it also has a stirring effect on the material;
5. The stirring shaft assembly is equipped with a shift fork arranged at a certain angle and a crescent-shaped blade, whose function is to further mix material and liquid medicine and then discharge it out of the machine;
6. The intelligent control system consists of a programmable controller, a hydraulic monitor and sensors to complete the automatic control of the equipment.
