FDMWA series new type wheat scourer is mainly used in the cleaning process of wheat surface treatment in flour mills. It can remove dirt, wheat hair and other impurities in the grooving of wheat grains, and can also break up the mud mixed in the wheat and diseased and deteriorated wheat grains with poor strength. The threshed and broken mud and fine impurities are separated through the holes of sieve and discharged through the ash outlet.

1. The rotor is dynamically balanced and compensated; running is more stable ;
2. Reasonably select the arrangement density and helix angle of the beating boards, to achieve wheat scourer’s good threshing effect and low breakage rate;
3. Appropriately increasing the diameter of the screen cylinder to prevent blockage phenomenon;
4. Improved bearing lubrication and sealing structure can reduce power consumption and noise;
5. The surface heat treatment of the rotor plate prolongs the service life;
6. The tooth plate of the screen drum is changed from ordinary gray cast iron to alloy chilled and wear-resistant cast iron, which significantly improves the wear resistance and lengthen machine life time;
