TCQYS series double drum pre-cleaner adopts double-layer straight drum screens, mainly used for the cleaning of large, small and light impurities (such as stones, hemp ropes, dust, etc.) of granular materials. Large capacity and low power consumption, it is an ideal cleaning equipment for grain, oil, feed and flour processing factory.
Product Structure
TCQYS series double-cylinder pre-cleaner has type A (mobile type) and type B(fixed type). Fixed type has no traveling mechanism or fan, the other structures are the same as the mobile type. It is mainly composed of a traveling mechanism (mobile type), transmission mechanism, machine body, screen surface cleaning mechanism, and dust removal mechanism.
Product Feature
1. Adjusted angle of drum to adjust the effect and capacity, the drum supported by rollers, so carrying capacity is larger and output capacity is higher;
2. The outer drum is equipped with a cleaning mechanism to efficiently clean up small impurities and blockages;
3. The unique sealed door can effectively prevent the dust flying out ;
4. The screens’ diameter is selected according to different material, to meet the output requirements and separation effect;
5. Adopts internal sieving and external brush cleaning structure, which has a good effect of removing impurities；
6. To meet different needs, there are fixed type, mobile type for customers.
