The primary cleaning screen, also known as the drum primary cleaning screen, is an important grain cleaning equipment. It has two types: TSCY series single drum type pre-cleaner and TCQYS series double-drum pre-cleaner. The TSCY series single drum type pre-cleaner is suitable for the primary cleaning of wheat, corn, rice, sunflower seeds, soybeans, mung beans and other grains’ large impurities( such as straw, wheat stalks, paper, soil, corn leaves, bricks, corn cobs, etc.) after harvest. It can also be used for granular materials in other industries to meet the quality requirements of raw grain in storage.
Product Structure
TSCY series single drum type pre-cleaner is mainly composed of observation window, sealed door, material inlet, large impurities outlet, suction outlet, material outlet, transmission device, sieve drum, cleaning brush, and frame.
Product Feature
1. Screen drum angle adjustable and supported by rollers, which has large carrying capacity and higher output. It is an ideal equipment for high-yield cleaning of large impurities.
2. Barrel-shaped drum with a guide spiral inside to guide the large impurities out of the machine;
3. Unique sealed door to effectively prevent the dust flying out ;
4. Reinforced optimized design, strong and stable structure with explosion-proof device;
