When grains and cereals are harvested, there are always impurities and dust. If impurities are stored together with grains and cereals, they will cause the grains and cereals to heat up and mold, also make the flow not smoothly when grains and cereals out of warehouse, resulting in a serious loss. So, before the grains put into storage, they must be cleaned to screen out impurities and dust. The HZZD series multi-deck rotary cleaner can remove large and small particles of impurities in grains and cereals, and the exhaust system extracts slight impurities such as dust in the grains. This HZZD series multi-deck rotary cleaner is mainly used for cleaning and grading impurities (large and small impurities) in large-scale industries such as flour mill, grain plant, rice mill, feed mill,oil extraction plant, chemical factory and brewery, etc.
Product Structure
HZZD series multi-deck rotary cleaner’s main structure is: main frame, screen frame, screen grid, feeding system, uniform batching device, discharging system and power driving system.
Product Feature
1. Combination of multiple functions, four groups of eight-layer screen surface configuration, simultaneous and parallel cleaning of materials (large, medium and small impurities), large effective screening area, high output, good cleaning and grading effect;
2. Equipped with suction separation and sedimentation system to effectively clean light impurities and dust (external suction) and discharge them out of the machine at any time;
3. Multi-channel material distributor and vibrating pressure door in feeding system, to distribute the material to each layer of screen evenly, ensuring the sifting and grading efficiency;
4. Combined suspension rod for screen body suspension, ensures stable operation and little vibration to the floor and ground;
5. The metal screen grid has small thickness, high strength and rigidity, flat screen surface, easy installation & removal, and good interchangeability
6. Explosion-proof brake motor, safety and reliability, short flow time;
7. Low power consumption (consume only 0.031kW to clean one ton grain).
