HZXZ series rotary vibration cleaner are improved based on rotary screens and vibration screen, specially suitable for large capacity cleaning impurities (large, middle and small impurities) and large capacity grading granular materials. It is widely used in food, grain, feed, chemical, brewing and other industries. This machine can be used independently, it can be also matched with vertical suction separator or self-circulation air separator, too. Which can effectively separate light impurities and dust. One machine can clean various grains such as wheat, maize, rice, beans, oil seeds by changing different sieves.
Product Structure
HZXZ series rotary vibration cleaner is mainly composed of frame, suspension device, screen body, screen mesh, feeding system, discharging system, transmission system, etc.

1. High overall strength, high output, low failure rate, good cleaning (large, medium and small debris) and classification effect;
2. The feed box is equipped with a uniform material distributor, material is evenly spread on the screen surface to ensure screening and grading efficiency;
3. The screen body is suspended by a universal joint suspender, which is sturdy and durable;
4. Modular transmission structure, overall replacement, saving maintenance time;
5. The metal sieve has high strength and stiffness, easy to assemble and disassemble, saving maintenance time;
6. The screen grid is vertically pressed, having the dual functions of pressing and sealing; and horizontally pressed, having the dual functions of adjusting the horizontal position of the screen grid and horizontal pressing;
7. The plane rotation runs smoothly, little vibration to the floor and ground;
8. Fixed type and mobile type for customers to meet different requirements.
9. Bearing temperature display and alarm system are available. (user option)
