TDXZ Series Vibrating Bin Bottom Discharger is mainly used for the discharge flour, bran and other material from bin bottom. The principle is to use the vibration inertia of the vibration motor to make the bottom of the warehouse as a high-frequency vibration to make the material flow out. The central part of the discharge hopper is provided with a conical discharge tray to promote the material in the warehouse to flow out slowly and evenly from the outlet to prevent the material in the warehouse from caking.

2. The lower end of the discharge tray is installed with a broken arch cylinder, and the piston rod of the broken arch cylinder is connected with a pusher block for pushing out the remaining plate material in the discharge hopper
3. The vibration motor is installed on the upper part of the lower side wall of the discharge hopper to the cone. In the discharge process, the motor vibration causes the material at the bottom of the bin to form a loose material flow. In the vibration process, the material will not be shaken and stacked at the outlet at the bottom of the discharge hopper to ensure smooth discharge.
4. The installation position of the vibration motor of the utility model is adjusted upward, which reduces fatigue damage to the discharge hopper, and the shell of the discharge hopper is not prone to cracks after long-term use.
