TQSF series gravity grader and destoner is a composed machine to grade and destone at the same time. It is a modern machine used in grain granular(wheat, maize, soybean, sesame, rice, green beans, etc.) grading and destoning. Work together with independent air suction ducts it can clean light impurities (Buckwheat seeds, grass seeds, dust, etc.) and also be used in fine selection for various grains.
Product Feature
1. Effectively remove "stones of approximately the same size and shape with grain kernels or oil seeds" or high-density impurities in material, assist in the cleaning of light impurities;
2. Two-layer sieve grid, the upper layer is to classify, the lower layer is to remove stone, large output, good effect on
stone-removing;
3. The inclination angle of the sieve surface and the suction volume is adjustable;
4. Helical spring support or rubber spring support, stable operation and low energy consumption;
5. Anti-return device, no material out from outlet when the machine is shut down;
6. Anti-blowing adjustment mechanism, convenient and stable adjustment air pressure plate;
7. No dust flow out, low noise, easy operation and maintenance.
